Performance and leak test with smoke

Push pull ventilation and heat recovery are two key features of AURA Fresh Air Units. In order to maintain the balance between in incoming fresh air inside the room and exhausting air from the room, it is important for them to optimally exchange heat and do not mix. Extensive smoke test carried out between fresh air circuit and exhaust air allows us to identify spots where the leaks are taking place. After identifying such spots, sufficient sealing was put in place to prevent further leaks.

Similarly, differential temperature air inlets were put in place for fresh air line and exhaust air line. This data along with pressure drop data for different filters allowed us to optimize heat exchange for flow rates from 30 CFM to 280 CFM in different models.
